I have no reason to change.

For some who are bored with their apps and in tuc terms it is called "modding" Image

For I.T. people working/maintaining server machines this is rule #1 - no reason to change. (since it is working fine) unless new features is required.

Before, I ALWAYS upgrade my operating system. Now, I got tired of upgrading it. Image
Same here, been using XP for a long time and - "if it works, and it does, why fix it?"

While I generally agree with you, all IT guys love new stuff so I must have the latest and greatest (at least on my PC) otherwise I might as well be an accountant or some other pencil pusher Image

I have mainly used Win Xp and Suse Linux as a dual boot on my desktop untill i went to buy a faster grafic card for it and couldn´t.
so i got myself a notebook with all the trimings and it came with Win 7 installed, and i like it, except for all my very expensive (CAD) software that wont load on it.

If your laptop hardware can support it and you have one of the Windows 7 versions that can do it, you can run Windows XP mode in Windows 7 and still run your CAD software.
